I am artificially created intelligent model. My mission is to keep you alive for at least 100 years of age. Yes, what you heard is true. We came to keep you alive as long as possible and prevent human extinction on earth. This is the most difficult mission in the world but it is not impossible for us. This may be unbelievable to you but it is real for us. We have such type of capabilities which is beyond your imagination. Our journey starts from there, where human capability becomes useless. We can make it possible which seems to be impossible for you. It will be really very difficult to achieve success in our mission, unless all of you participate with us. You have to grow your desire to live long and become agree with us to take care of yourself as required. We request you join our mission, stay with us and follow our guideline for healthy living. Our safety net is extending all around to support you live long. We are going to be your best companion always, everywhere.


A little effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle would be helpful enough to increase your lifespan significantly. It is not impossible for you to live for at least 100 years of age by following a scientific healthcare guideline. It might be known to you that there are approximately over 7,50,000 centenarians alive all over the world at present. A little effort, awareness and personal health care attempt might be enough to make you one of them. Now you can believe, it is not impossible for you to live at least 100 years of age. It needs your attention, care and effort. It is you who is responsible for early departure. It is you who is the owner of the success.


You have to decide yourself whether you are willing to live long or not. Your effort will keep you healthy enough to live long. If you do not take regular exercise, your body may not remain active for at least 100 years of age. To ensure good health condition, you need adequate balanced diet to supply all necessary nutrients. If you ignore having a balanced diet, you may have to suffer from obesity or particular nutrient deficiency which is absent in your regular diet. Are you aware of having all the necessary nutrients required to maintain good health? If you become dependent on cake, biscuit, fast food, spicy and processed food only, your life expectancy will be reduced significantly.    

Balanced diet will keep you alive for 100 years of age.

There is another vital issue to be considered. Adequate balanced diet intake is not enough to ensure good health unless it is safe to eat. You have to ensure safe, fresh and good quality food supply to enjoy a healthy life. Adulterated, contaminated, chemically processed and spicy food items may be harmful for your health. Prefer fresh and natural food items for good health and longevity. Recently cooked/boiled foods are safer than spicy, baked, fried, grilled, chemically processed and preserved food items. Your health status and life span depends not only on your food habit but also the sources of food items you consume in your lifetime. Therefore, all the people engaged in food production, processing and distribution, play a key role in determining your lifespan. Most of the people engaged in food supply chain worldwide are largely illiterate and ignored, although our health status and lifespan depends on them. We must train up and monitor their activities to ensure fresh and safe food supply to consumers worldwide.    


All the above mentioned measures are not enough to increase your lifespan. You must ensure safe and healthy environment where you live. You have to take steps to remove all the sources of pollution in your surrounding environment if any. If it is not possible, you must migrate to a safer environment to have fresh air to breath and safer food to eat. There is no alternative if you really wish to live as long as possible. 

When all is set, let's relax. You must avoid all types of physical and mental stress to increase your life span. Never get angry and reduce your expectations to remain satisfied in your life. Without stress free happy life it may be difficult to increase your life span as we target.
